Platform Terms & Conditions of Use 999lucky

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and the platform 999lucky ("we", "our platform"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by 999lucky, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with all provisions of these Terms.

These terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy 999lucky, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and our platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotion or other communication, these Terms shall prevail in all matters unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register for and use 999lucky's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Is legally capable of entering into a binding contractual agreement.
• Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information — including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the 999lucky platform previously.
• Not representing or acting on behalf of any ineligible individual or entity.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 999lucky account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity — whether using a different name, phone number, IP address, or device — is a serious breach of our terms and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any winning balances being forfeited.

3Player Account Responsibilities

Your 999lucky account is for your personal use only. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. This responsibility applies regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you or by any other party who gains access to your account.

• Keep your password confidential — do not share it with anyone, including family or friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever changes occur, including your phone number or payment method.
• Contact 999lucky support immediately at support@999lucky.world if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

999lucky is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

999lucky accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All payment methods used must be registered under the same name as the 999lucky account.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Deposit funds are processed instantly and credited to your 999lucky account balance within seconds.
• 999lucky does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• Deposited funds are for betting and casino use only and may not be transferred to another player.
• Deposits made through a third party or using another person's payment account will be rejected and returned.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

999lucky players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, provided their account is active and has no active restrictions. Withdrawals are processed automatically to the same Malaysian payment method used for the deposit, within 3 minutes of the request being received by our system.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to e-wallet or bank accounts held in the same player's name only.
• Bonus credits that have not yet met the wagering (rollover) requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.
• 999lucky reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for identity verification purposes if required.
• Any taxes or duties relating to winnings are solely the player's responsibility.

Should any technical issue delay a withdrawal beyond 3 minutes, players are welcome to contact the 999lucky support team at support@999lucky.world for prompt resolution.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 999lucky are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Bonus terms include rollover (wagering) requirements, validity period, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus.

• The Welcome Bonus is for new members registering for the first time only — it cannot be claimed more than once.
• One welcome bonus per player, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are credited as bonus credits — they cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirement has been met.
• 999lucky reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including arbitrage, opposing bets, or fraud — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

7Sports Betting — General Rules

999lucky's Sports Betting section covers over 500 international leagues and sports, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia esports, NBA, Grand Slam tennis, MotoGP, and more. All Sports Betting on 999lucky is subject to the following general rules.

• Bets confirmed by the 999lucky system cannot be cancelled by the player.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final odds for that bet.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds current at the time the request is received — not at the time you click.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not concluded within 72 hours, 999lucky reserves the right to void the stake or apply the "match not completed" rule.
• Official results issued by the relevant sports body or league (such as the Malaysia Super League, BWF, or NBA) are final for the purpose of settling bets on 999lucky.
• 999lucky reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player without the need to provide a reason.

8Casino & Games — General Rules

All casino games at 999lucky — including Live Casino (baccarat, dragon tiger, roulette, blackjack, sicbo), slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming, RNG table games, video poker, and scratch cards — operate under the following rules.

• All slots and RNG games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every round is entirely random and independent of all previous rounds.
• The RTP (Return to Player) displayed for each game is based on long-term statistical averages and does not guarantee returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session, 999lucky will apply the result of the last successfully completed round on record.
• Winnings resulting from a technical bug or system error are void and may be cancelled by 999lucky.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or game are as displayed within the game interface.

Players are reminded that casino games carry an element of financial risk. 999lucky encourages all players to play within their means and make use of the self-control tools provided.

9Account Prohibitions & Closure

999lucky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Registering multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Bonus system abuse, including arbitrage, systematic counter-betting, or collusion in misuse.
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the 999lucky platform.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 999lucky staff or other players.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful financial activity.
• Players under 18 years of age.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the original deposited balance (excluding bonuses and winnings obtained unlawfully) may be refunded at 999lucky's sole discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation.

10999lucky Liability Limit

999lucky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from bet outcomes, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

• 999lucky does not guarantee that our platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, power disruptions, or the actions of third parties.
• 999lucky's maximum liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

999lucky collects, processes, and stores players' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy page. All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court order.

• Your data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@999lucky.world.
• Betting activity records are retained for the period required by legal and operational obligations.

12Amendments to Terms & Regulations

999lucky reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Players are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest version. Continued use of the 999lucky platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and 999lucky. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The Malay-language version of these Terms is the governing version for players in Malaysia.
